Any credit card information you provide during the ordering process is received by Paypal.com, our secure online payment pocessor and the most secure payment processor available. As the merchant we never receive your full credit card information. We do receive your shipping information and an email from Paypal.com once your credit card is approved. If you need to return an item, please send an email to coindoc@gmail.com or call us at 416-670-4117 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are undamaged and in the original packaging.

Coincollectinguniversity.com uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers.
We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses.

Coincollectinguniversity.com has no minimum order requirement for our coins.
GST will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within Canada (5%).
PST will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within Ontario (8%).
